FAQ

Please see below for some answers to our most frequently asked questions:

1. Are your products really hand made?

Yes. Each of our products is poured by hand into custom made iron molds and cooled. Each item is then trimmed, and refined.

2. What is the difference between hand cast products and machine cast products?

CNC machining is mainly used for low volume and is generally more expensive. Die casting is a better choice for consistent quality, with very little scrap metal left over.

3. Do you offer any of your products at wholesale prices?

Yes. All of our products are available at wholesale prices to registered businesses. Please contact us for a price list.

4. When do orders typically ship?

We aim to ship our products the same week they are ordered, but it can take up to two weeks. When your order has shipped, you will be notified and receive your tracking information via the email you provided at checkout.

5. The item I want is out of stock, how can I order it?

Send us a message and we will let you know our expected lead time before we have new stock. Usually this process takes up to two weeks.

6. Do you offer painting on any of your products?

No we do not.

7. What is your return policy?

If you have a product you'd like to return, please contact us.

8. Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do. Please contact us with details about what you would like to produce. As well as fishing products, we can also manufacture motorcycle and car parts, which are perfect for your restoration project, or daily use.
