Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heritage Castings. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.


30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (including protective wrapping or boxes).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Eligibility for Returns

Not all items are eligible for return. Please note:

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Returned items must pass inspection before a refund is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist with your claim:

  1. Email us at your-email@example.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. A team member will respond within 2 business days.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email that we've received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
