We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heritage Castings. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging (including protective wrapping or boxes).
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Eligibility for Returns
Not all items are eligible for return. Please note:
- Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Returned items must pass inspection before a refund is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist with your claim:
- Email us at your-email@example.com with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A team member will respond within 2 business days.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email that we've received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Instructions
If your return is approved:
- You will be given the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
